Formed in 1992, Western Compensation and Benefits Consultants’ roots began in 1979 when our original principals began to jointly provide compensation, employee benefit, and actuarial consulting services. Since that time, we have successfully fostered a reputation for excellent client work while maintaining a sense of independence and an entrepreneurial culture.
