Formed in 1992, Western Compensation and Benefits Consultants roots began
in 1979 when our original principals began to jointly provide compensation, employee
benefit, and actuarial consulting services. Since that time, we have successfully fostered
a reputation for excellent client work while maintaining a sense of independence and
entrepreneurial culture.
Our staff includes highly qualified and experienced professionals with backgrounds in
actuarial science, investments, group insurance, compensation, and related human resources
areas. These professionals are supported by capable administrative staff, state-of-the art
technology, and proprietary systems and databases.
WCBC is affiliated with Western Management Consultants, allowing us to assemble, where
appropriate, multi-disciplinary teams to draw upon additional professional expertise in
other human resources areas, information technology, corporate strategy, and governance.
By spending time with the client to understand the clients business strategy, we are
